Hollyland's products are redefining the way people interchange and share ideas, visions, and creativity every day around the world, are you ready?Job Summary:The Marketing Events Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all marketing events and expos, managing all logistical aspects to ensure successful participation and representation of the company. They will work closely with the marketing team, sales team, and other stakeholders to develop and execute events that generate leads, increase brand awareness, and support sales efforts. Additionally, this position will assist with offline channel partner marketing activities to support overall marketing strategies.Key Responsibilities:Plan, coordinate, and execute all marketing events and expos, including logistics, vendor management, and on-site execution to generate leads and increase brand awareness.Develop and manage event timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful event delivery.Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, product) to develop event strategies, themes, and objectives that align with overall marketing and sales goals.Coordinate with external vendors, venues, and partners to secure event spaces, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships.Create and manage event promotional materials, including invitations, signage, and presentations.Analyze event performance and metrics, including lead generation and ROI, to inform future event strategies and improvements.Assist with offline channel partner marketing activities, including supporting co-marketing initiatives and collaborating with channel partners on joint marketing efforts.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in event marketing and management.Manage the event marketing budget and ensure all events are delivered within agreed financial parameters.Provide post-event reports and recommendations to stakeholders.Related duties as assigned.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree

in marketing,, event management, business, or a related field.At least 2-3 years of experience in event marketing, event management, or a related field, preferably in a technology or video production environment.Proven track record of planning and executing successful marketing events and expos.Experience managing event logistics, budgets, and vendor relationships.Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Familiarity with offline channel partner marketing is a plus.Experience managing budgets and working with external vendors.Ability to travel up to 35% of the timeSalary Range:$65,000 (Paid Hourly)Regular Work Schedule:Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm in our Irvine, California OfficeAbility to travel up to 25% of the timeBenefits:Medical, dental, Paid Time Off, & 401(k)Casual dress code, yes actually casual.
