As a key member of both global and regional leadership, you'll influence strategy, drive new business, and elevate team performance for impactful results.What you will do: Be responsible for year on year of profitable growth of the Industrial Trade & Converting business units Provide insights on market trends, and play a pivotal role in cross-functional projects as a key player on both global and North American leadership teams Help shape the North American strategy within scope of the global strategy as a member of both the regional leadership team for North America as well as global leadership team Drive year-over-year profitable growth and be at the forefront of business strategy.
