Project Administrator

The Project Administrator is responsible for providing administration tasks for team members and facilitating, reporting, and analyzing projects.

Duties and ResponsibilitiesCreating projects for all orders in project/ticketing system prior to the daily project review meetingBuilding out base project and related tasks within the client projectSending clients order confirmation and summary emailsAttending the daily project review meetingUpdating client project information during the project review meetingCreating billing contracts in project/ticketing systemsComparing signed order details to sales projected detailsSending order summary emails to the build teamSending order fulfillment emails to the customerWorking with procurement to coordinate accurate hardware ordersUploading contract documents to the contract repositoryManaging billing for assigned projects/clientsThis job description is not designed to be a comprehensive list of the duties and responsibilities required of the employee in this position, as duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without noticeEducation

Bachelor's degree in related field from an accredited college or university, preferredIn lieu of undergraduate degree, the ratio is 1:1 - meaning one year of college equals one year of work experience and vice versaExperience

Working Conditions

Salary Range

The following information is required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act and applies only to individuals working in the state of Colorado. The anticipated starting pay range for Denver, Colorado applicants for this role is $59,325.14-$73,106.97 with a median of $66,261.11. Actual compensation is impacted by a number of factors including, but not limited to, skill set, level of experience, specific work locations and any potential licenses and certifications required for that role.

The following information is required by the California Equal Pay Transparency Act and applies only to individuals working in the state of California. The anticipated starting pay range for Irvine, California applicants for this role is $62,945.98 - $77,568.97 with a median of $70,305.28. Actual compensation is impacted by a number of factors including, but not limited to, skill set, level of experience, specific work locations and any potential licenses and certifications required for that role.
