Six-month partnership with a Synoptek executive team member focused around our Core DNA: clarity, ownership, results, growth and team.Synoptek Training:

One-week intensive training that provides employees a better insight into our business, how our various teams work and how each of us fits into the grand scheme of things. This course is designed to provide hands on experience in all areas of Synoptek by working through case studies, roundtable discussion and lecture activities.In-Depth Training:

ITIL- In-depth training to become ITIL certified, Power of Partnership- Learning professionalism and collaboration on a deeper level, Azure/AWS - Develop your cloud skills by attending Microsoft Azure training.Team Assignments

The opportunity to work with an assigned team and Synopteks client base.

The anticipated range for California applicants is $71,426.66 $91,310.14, with a midpoint of 89,086.50. Both ranges based on eligibility, compensation for the role may include variable compensation in the form of bonus, commissions, or other discretionary payments. These discretionary payments are based on company and/or individual performance, and may change at any time. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications, and specific work location
