Bright Event Rentals is hiring a Business Development Manager as a full-time job in San Antonio, TX.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team and drive growth in the event rental industry. You'll be responsible for researching, contacting, and cultivating relationships with potential clients who are seeking to create extraordinary events while expanding our market presence. While you'll be well-versed in event details, your primary focus will be on establishing and nurturing client connections, passing on event management responsibilities to our talented Event Director and Event Consultant teams.
Bright Event Rentals, a member of the Trivest portfolio of companies, is a leader in the full-service event rental industry. Bright provides high-quality special event rental equipment and planning services to caterers, event planners, resorts, universities, award shows, corporate clients, and wedding planners throughout California, Arizona, and Texas. We operate from eight locations in California, Arizona, and Texas with 1,000 team members.
Job Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the event rental industry, including corporate events, weddings, festivals, and other special occasions Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out new partnerships to drive revenue growth Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets and business objectives Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns and promotional activities to attract new clients Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends and customer needs Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management Strong understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and principles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish trust with clients and partners Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving growth and exceeding targets
