Role Summary:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Human Resources professional to join our dynamic team at RallyX. As the HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring overall integrity of HR data and employee files, accurate and timely processing of payroll, benefits administration and time and labor questions for our employees. In this role you will fully manage all HR functions for multiple companies under the RallyX umbrella.
Who You Are:
Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and Payroll administration and be familiar with relevant regulations and best practices. Experience within healthcare and/or non-profit organizations is a plus!
What You'll Do:Process payroll for our various organizations.Maintain employee records, including new hires, terminations, changes in salary, and benefits.Assist employees with benefits-related questions and issues.Process employee terminations as needed, ensure exit interviews are conducted and all paperwork is completed.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations and reporting requirements.Provide administrative support in leave administration, garnishments and Worker compensation.What You Need:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).HR experience within the healthcare industry or non-profits is preferred.Minimum of 3 years of experience working in an HR role.Proficiency in using and maintaining HR software. Experience with Paylocity is a plus!Ability to maintain professional boundaries with employees and respect employee confidentiality.Strong attention to detail skills to ensure accuracy.Must be able to organize and prioritize work, be proactive, and take initiative.Comfortable simultaneously managing multiple priorities.Strong communication skills to effectively interact with employees and managers.Excellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to be resourceful and proactive when issuesWhy RallyX?
