PLANT ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT LOCATION: Geneva, IL (onsite) SCHEDULE: Part-time - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 7am-4pm (3 days per week with flexibility to adjust as needed) Big Brand on Minnesota is making a significant investment to expand capacity for our beloved Fruit brands. The Plant Admin will play an integral role coordinating plant-wide activities and events, supporting hiring and orientation, along with supporting additional plant or HR processes. Role will provide administrative support to the Plant Manager and HR Manager and their departments. This position reports directly to the HR Manager. Core hours are expected to be from 7am to 4pm, Monday, Tuesday, & Thursday. Flexibility to adjust days worked as needed. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Plant-wide events coordination & support: •Holiday Events/Parties •Recruiting Events Hiring & orientation logistics support: •Production hiring logistics support •New Hire Orientation logistics support Retirement, anniversary, & other celebration gift ordering: •Retirement gifts •Anniversary Gifts •Berevement Gifts •Probationary Period Graduation Gifts HR Process Support: •Uniform Support Admin support: •Answer questions of visitors at front desk •Check-in visitors or relay messages to appropriate departments •Order food and drinks for meetings •Coordinate office supply orders •Locker Management •Point of contact & PO approval for vending company •Order supplies and re-stock break room Misc •Order Flowers •Update Plant Calendar •Ensure adherence to all plant safety and food safety policies •Sort mail/mailbox updates, packages, etc •Other Duties as assigned MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: •High School Diploma •Display a high level of integrity •Able to manage and protect confidential information •Demonstrate ownership and accountability for results •Excellent written and verbal communication skills •High attention to detail and able to manage multiple priorities/workstreams •Able to learn quickly •Able to manage budgets and execute projects on time, within budget •Strong Microsoft Office skills (excel, word, PPT, one note, outlook) •Self-starter, enjoys working in a high-paced manufacturing environment •Process-oriented, with continuous improvement mindset PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: •Associate or BA/BS degree preferred •Experience with: o Payroll Systems o Technology o Troubleshooting o Deadlines/Bias for Action *Personal or supplier issued laptop required for this role.*#LI-LM1
