Description
The HR Generalist will assist with the day-to-day Human Resources functionalities including administering health and welfare benefits, managing leaves of absences, and ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws.
Monday-Friday day shift. This is an in-office position. On top of competitive pay we offer annual bonuses, benefits, 401k, and a great team.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS•Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, andrecommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance•Serves as primary contact for benefit plan vendors and third-party administrators•Oversees health and welfare plans, including enrollments, changes, and terminations.Processes required documents through payroll and insurance providers to ensure•Implements and supports new hire orientation, onboarding, and employee recognitionprograms•Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programsincluding but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave, performance and talentmanagement; productivity, recognition, and retention.•Conducts audits of payroll, benefits or other HR programs and recommends correctiveaction.•Supports data entry for employees including new hires, position changes, andcompensation changes in UKG and Viewpoint•Manages and executes annual Benefits Open Enrollment in partnership with HRManager, including the enrollment processing, facilitating annual benefit meetings, anddistributing materials for new hire and annual enrollments.•Manages internal Immigration process in partnership with external counsel and HRManager related to transfers, renewals, etc.•Coordinate daily benefits processing. Handle enrollments, COBRA, terminations,changes, beneficiaries, disability, accident and death claims, rollovers, etc.•Provide customer service support to internal and external customers•Design and distribute materials for benefits orientations, open enrollment, and summaryplan descriptions
Regular worksite attendance required.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
