Career Opportunities with Grand Circle CorporationA great place to work.Grand Circle Corporation is seeking a determined & motivated Call Center Recruiter ready for an exciting opportunity to work with a winning team. In this role, you will be responsible for screening resumes, establishing candidate pipelines, and contacting prospective, qualified candidates for a dynamic Sales call center environment. You will maintain meaningful connections and relationships with your qualified candidate pool and directly interface with the Recruiting Team and Call Center Leadership to review candidates on a weekly basis and ensure business needs are being met.Responsibilities:End-to-End Remote Recruitment:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for remote roles, from sourcing to onboarding.Directly source candidates via general job search websites and develop proprietary contacts for specialized requirements.Identify quality candidates by conducting phone screens to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, culture fit, etc.Build a diverse pipeline of potential candidates by proactively contacting prospective candidates.Update and track candidates in accordance with GCC’s standards.Responsible for increasing the number of qualified applicants in the database.Schedule and coordinate interviews including Call Center Management members.Strategize with team members & participate in weekly recruiting meetings.Requirements:Minimum 1 year of recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate/call center setting.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence to present candidates to hiring managers.Experience working with an applicant tracking system (ATS) from sourcing to onboarding.Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment.Familiarity with online job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, etc.).Knowledge of general employment laws and recruiting trends.Benefits (30 hours +):Robust healthcare benefits, including Medical, Dental, Vision, and Flex Spending Accounts.Generous Paid time off (PTO) in the 1st year of employment up to 16 days (10 days PTO after 6 months).Paid holidays throughout the year.100% Commuter Benefit subsidy for Public transportation.Company-paid life insurance.Paid short and long term disability insurance.
