Provide Senior-Level Acquisition Management support functions including Acquisition Strategy and Planning, Program Planning, Acquisition Knowledge Management Support, Acquisition Reporting, Assistance in Source Selection process, and general administrative support to a major DOD Space Program.Review program documentation, such as acquisition strategy, systems engineering plan, IMP, IMS, CDRLs, etc. for adherence to applicable policy/guidance; consistency in implementation of its acquisition strategy, technical approach/requirements, acquisition policy/guidance, milestones, forecasts, and risk assessment; and realism in achieving a product suitable for the warfighter within cost/schedule/performance constraints.Recommend program acquisition strategies IAW FAR Subpart 7.1. and collect, analyze, store, and distribute acquisition “lessons learned” from SSC and other organizations to promote increased efficiencies, timeliness, and effectiveness.Able to develop and provide multiple options (typically no less than three) for Government consideration to achieve a Government identified goal or set of goals, analyze them to determine the relative probability of success against cost, schedule, and technical performance, identify the required resources and schedule to implement each of these approaches. Advise and assist the Government in organizing and establishing the Integrated Product Teams for each major product or work area in a given Work Breakdown Structure. Participate in assessments of proposals solicited IAW FAR 15 and 16.505 as tasked by the Source Selection Evaluation Team.Identify, collect, organize, compile, and assimilate cost, schedule, performance, and programmatic acquisition information to document program planning and execution and produce, review, and facilitate acquisition documentation and reporting. Draft, review, coordinate, and process program acquisition and sustainment information suitable for public release to industry, media, trade publications, international partners, and other program stakeholders.The Contractor shall provide agile methodologies for Program Management and Software Development efforts including support for agile coaching, PI planning and required training (e.g. DevSecOps, CICD, SAFe) to support agile acquisition approaches. Ensure that no inherently government work is being performed and that all associated OCI mitigations are in place.Research, prepare, and edit communications (IAW DAFH33-337 and DAFMAN 33-326) for division-level review and approval.Collect and consolidate briefing charts into single presentations; distribute those consolidated presentations to attendees in advance of the meeting; facilitate and administer the meetings to assure presentations fit within the time allotted; develop, distribute, obtain approval, and publish/archive meeting minutes; and document, distribute, track to closure, and archive action items.Prepare, monitor, distribute and collect delta/division-level taskings as directed by delta/division leadership.Manage assigned delta/division taskings using the Task Management Tool (TMT) on NIPRnet and SIPRnet IAW the SSC Tasker Management Business Rules, dated TBD, and track action officer completion.Actively and regularly communicate critical and/or time-sensitive taskers (and their status) to delta/division leadership. Assist delta/division staff with workflow and data management tools, such as Jira and Confluence. Provide TMT training or assistance to delta/division staff.Perform quality checks and manage preparation, handling, review, routing, approvals and submission of staff packages and other correspondence.Job Requirements

Minimum/General Experience:

15+ years experience required; DoD Acquisition organization experience required including TMT, SharePoint, Livelink, CCaR, SMART Tool; APDP Level 2 or equivalent or higher certification preferred. POM experience preferred.Required Education:

This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, scanners, filing cabinets and fax machines.Physical Demands: This is largely a sedentary role mostly sitting; however, some filing maybe required. This would require the ability to move files, or boxes with file data, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary, ability to lift up to 40lbs.Mental Demands: Reading; communicate effectively (verbal and written); maintain emotional control and professionalism.
