Position Overview:
The Vice President of Real Estate Development will assume a pivotal role within our executive team, reporting directly to the CEO. This individual will possess comprehensive experience amassed over decades in the multifamily real estate sector, leveraging their extensive expertise to propel our development initiatives and operationalize our vision for growth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead the strategic planning and execution of development projects, with a particular focus on seamlessly incorporating EV solutions into multifamily real estate frameworks.
Harness deep-rooted industry relationships to drive business development, expand our footprint, and elevate BreatheEV’s market dominance.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional leadership to align the development strategy with the company’s overarching objectives and purpose.
Foster a culture of mentorship and high performance within the development team, encouraging continuous professional growth and innovation.
Ideal Qualifications:
A formidable career spanning multiple decades within the multifamily real estate development sector, ideally including tenure at the Vice President level, Regional Property Manager, Principal, or above.
Demonstrable success in scaling operations, forging strategic partnerships, and influencing industry trends commensurate with a track record of exceptional business growth.
Fluency in high-level negotiations, strategic decision-making, and an adeptness in anticipating and capitalizing on market evolutions.
