Automation Engineer
based in the DFW Metroplex. This role will focus on developing, fabricating, and implementing various automated systems to optimize manufacturing processes. An ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing, programming, and evaluating automated machinery while providing strategic insights to improve operational efficiency.
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing and automation environments Experience with mechanical systems, electronics, and programming PLCs or automation systems Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment malfunctions Familiarity with good manufacturing and documentation practices Preferred:
Experience leading technical teams Strong communication skills in interpreting customer specifications and technical drawings Ability to create detailed technical documents, blueprints, and training materials Experience managing individual projects with minimal supervision Background in ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) manufacturing environments
