About Us:

The Hire Solution has partnered with a legacy production company based in Garland, Texas. We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR Generalist / Recruiter to join our team and play a key role in shaping our workforce.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled HR Generalist / Recruiter to manage full-cycle HR functions with a strong focus on recruiting both Corporate and Production employees. This position will handle various HR responsibilities, including employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance, while also leading our recruiting efforts to ensure we attract and retain the best candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruiting:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for all positions within the company.

Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate onboarding.

Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide recruitment solutions.

Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and networking, to identify and engage potential candidates.

Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure a strong fit between candidates and the company's needs.

Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

HR Generalist:

Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.

Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related issues, including performance management, conflict resolution, and career development.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.

Coordinate and conduct employee training and development programs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as an HR Generalist and Recruiter, with a solid understanding of full-cycle recruitment and HR functions.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Bilingual in Spanish is highly desired and will be considered a significant advantage.

Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Texas.
