What You’ll Bring to the Table:Proven experience managing 8+ business unitsConfidence in training, development, and on-the-job coachingStrong financial and business acumen, with the ability to turn data into actionable insightsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsEnthusiasm for a hands-on role - this isn't a desk job!Experience overseeing multi-unit managers, including General Managers and Area Managers
