Compensation: 60,000 - 85,000DUTIES:General Responsibilities? Assist in developing and executing personnel procedures and policies, and provide guidance ininterpretation for business operations? Manage the time and attendance system for the company? Administer all associates records, attendance, discipline, safety, etc.? Manage administering benefits, compensation, and employee performance programs? Ensure compliance with local and national regulations and applicable employment laws, and updatepolicies and procedures when necessary? Prepare paperwork and schedules for smooth new-hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience? Provide a dedicated and effective HR advisory service to employees that covers absence and healthissues, conduct and capability, grievances, organizational changes, and all other employee-relationsmatters? Assist in recruiting efforts, including screening, employment verifications, and interviewing asneeded? Manage the maintenance of hourly workforce temporary agencies? Maintain confidentiality of all associate records and company information including and not limitedto HIPAA? Participate in the planning and implementation of social activities as needed? Participate in Corporate Communications efforts? Supervise the HR Intern? Maintaining training matrix and assist in training as needed? Follow all applicable IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 processes.? Assist other departments as needed.HRIS System (Dayforce)? Manage the Dayforce HRIS System including SQL queries? Participate in development of HR objectives and systems, including metrics, queries, and ongoingreports for company requirements? Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new-hire orientations, and terminations, includingdata entry in HRIS and audits for accuracy and compliance? Maintain data integrity and functionality during quarterly major Dayforce updates/patches? Develop and implement new processes and systems for effective HR management? Optimize HRIS processes, integrate new software, and perform diagnostic tests? Documenting processes, as well as performing diagnostic tests and auditsOther HR Systems

? Administer and manage the EDI file feed required for maintaining the medical health, COBRA, lifeinsurance, dental, 401k, and other benefit programs (EmployerLink)? Manage wellness program general employee EDI file feed through the SFTP File Server (Wellworks)? Manage HR Communication (Squeaks) program for US Plants? Manage Companies LinkedIn Account? Manager HR Google Continuous Improvement Forms and Filing? Maintain EEOC, Benefit, Accrued Vacation Liability Compliance Audits? Be present and on time daily.

Education / Experience /TrainingHigh school graduate or equivalent (GED)Related Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience2 years of hands on Human Resource ExperienceResourceful mindset and strong attention to detailKnowledge of national laws and regulations related to employment
