Program Manager
services CCH in the department of Transitional Housing (TH). TH offers temporary housing for those experiencing homelessness in the Denver metro area. This Program Manager position services our Non-congregate transitional housing program at Park Avenue Inn. This position oversees the day-to-day oversight of these programs in conjunction with the operations manager on site. This position provides formal and informal supervision to the team. This Program Manager will have a high level of collaboration with our funders.NOTE:
In order to ensure that our consumers receive the best possible care, the candidate chosen to fill this position will be required to complete our internal credentialing and privileging process prior to a start date.
The credentialing and privileging timeline is dependent on the selected candidate's submission of documents necessary for clearance.
Please note that a start date will be scheduled once credentialing and privileging is complete.Coalition Benefits

Essential Job Functions
Recruits, hires, and trains all staff within designated programs/teams, providing resources, tools, professional development, leadership development and ongoing support in alignment with department goals.Conducts a minimum of bi-weekly supervision with all direct reports. Sets staff performance objectives to meet individual and department goals, as well as project requirements.Plans for and facilitates weekly meetings for designated programs/teams to: provide organizational and resource updates; conduct group trainings; invite complex situation conferencing and resource sharing; solicit feedback; allow for staff debriefing, sharing, and peer-led education; and manage process improvements.Establishes, strengthens, and maintains relationships with internal and external partners, outside agencies, departments, stakeholders, referral sources, and other community homeless services organizations, which may include grantors and other funding sources and public entities involved in the issue of homelessness.Provides leadership regarding issues of homelessness, Trauma Informed Care, Harm Reduction, Housing First, and other best practices.As requested, assists Director with department budget meetings, addresses errors with accounting and communicates budget updates and adjusts spending patterns to program staff. As requested, assists in the development and oversight of program budgets, grant applications, and project deliverables.Operates within a framework that promotes Equity, Inclusion, and Diversity across the organization including clients and staff.Implements quality improvement activities, providing oversight, implementation, documentation, and follow-up.Demonstrates core competency in EHR (Electronic Health Record), HMIS (Homeless Management Information System), and/or any other relevant databases or platforms and assures staff competency in documentation standards.Understands and follows the related policies and procedures of CCH.Assists with the preparation and analysis of assigned reports to all funding sources as required by Program Director or funder. Implements and oversees fidelity of the reporting systems and data tracking tools used by programs.Maintains a work environment that is marked by respect for others; that values equity and inclusiveness and builds workforce diversity; and that fosters cooperation and teamwork.Documents any interactions with clients in the appropriate database (for example: EHR/HMIS).Serves as an advocate and educator regarding best practices in serving persons who have complex needs and significant trauma histories who are experiencing homelessness. Is available as a resource to other service providers internally and in the community and represents these issues in a variety of public forums. Participates in the identification of unmet needs, program development and exploration of additional funding resources.Qualifications Summary
Bachelor’s degree in a related field required, experience may be substituted.Previous work experience serving homeless populations or in public health sector with grant oversight and program development experience preferred.Experience designing and implementing community-wide support systems for at-risk populations preferred.If licensed: Master’s Degree in social work, or counseling required. Licensed as mental health provider (LCSW, LPC) required. LAC or CAC II license preferred.$60,770 - $72,924 a year
