The mission of the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless is to work collaboratively toward the prevention of homelessness and the creation of lasting solutions for homeless and at-risk families, children, and individuals throughout Colorado. The Coalition advocates for and provides a continuum of housing and a variety of services to improve the health, well-being, and stability of those it serves.

The

Program Manager

supervises the Resident Services Coordinators that work out of CCH properties across the Denver Metro area and oversees the Housing Retention Protocols and Housing Retention Committees. They collaborate with residents, rental assistance providers, property management, service programs, and safety staff to achieve consistency, fairness/equity, swiftness, transparency, and empowerment/inclusion across the programs. The Program Manager also oversees the Residential Services departments community engagement activities and linkages to community resources, advocacy, and implementation of group activities centering around social determinants of health for a formerly homeless, disabled population of people experiencing mental health concerns, substance use disorders, or co-occurring disorders. This position provides some evening and weekend supervisory coverage across the Residential Services department programs. Additionally, this position acts as part of the management team, collaborating to create a trauma informed, supportive, inclusive work environment for staff and service environment for program participants.

NOTE:

In order to ensure that our consumers receive the best possible care the candidate chosen to fill this position will be required to complete our internal credentialing and privileging process prior to a start date.

The credentialing and privileging timeline is dependent on the selected candidate's submission of documents necessary for clearance.

Please note that a start date will be scheduled once credentialing and privileging is complete.

Essential Job Functions

Provide excellent internal and external customer service in a trauma informed, client centered manner.Provide, at minimum, bi-weekly individual and group staff supervision of Resident Services Coordinators, including coaching and problem-solving assistance to staff as needed.Train and assist staff regarding job duties, including but not limited to meeting facilitation, documentation, therapeutic interventions, and care-coordination.Assure compliance with funding requirements, including periodic reports to grantors and partners.Attend Housing Retention meetings facilitated by each of the Resident Services Coordinators monthly,Act as a liaison between service program, property managers, and rental assistance providers to ensure effective and consistent decision making that effectively supports the needs of the residents, property, and programs.Create and/or facilitate social opportunities for program participants.Oversee the implementation, organization, oversight, and documentation of Resident Councils across the department.Collaborate with the case management, property management and Rental Assistance teams to ensure that each resident is receiving the support and services they require to maintain their housing.Collaborate with program management staff in problem solving residential issues.Coordinate and/or provide transportation to community-based services and activities as necessary.Drive company vehicles as required.Provide crisis intervention as required.Ensure housing retention data is maintained by the RSC staff.Update all database and information management systems as required. This includes, but is no limited to, the timely entry of data into SafetyZone, EHR, HMIS, Dayforce, and Microsoft Office.Attend required meetings including regular supervision, department meetings and grant meetings.Foster collaboration with other teammates, other departments, and outside partners to encourage teamwork and delivery of excellent services to program participants.Provide coverage for Resident Services Coordinators or other team members as needed.Perform other duties as assigned by management.Qualifications Summary

Education and Work ExperienceMinimum of a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience in similar program(s),Previous case management experience preferred.Experience working with and/or supervising Peer Specialists preferred.Experience in residential setting preferred.

$60,770 - $72,924 a year
