Program Manager, AWS Marketing, Customer Experience Team
The AWS Marketing Customer Experience team is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Program Manager to support the execution of our search marketing keyword program. In this role, you will own paid search content optimizations measured through standard search metrics (e.g., impression share, click share, and engaged visits). You will drive and track progress of implementation with key stakeholders (e.g., Product Marketing, Search Analyst, and other AWS Marketing leaders and executives), bring efficiency to the program based on insights and recommendations to scale our search strategy over the long-term. You will operate within a fast-paced environment and project manage across senior leadership within the AWS Marketing organization.
Key job responsibilitiesCreate and track program milestones, risks and dependencies.Communicate ideas effectively, verbally and in writing, to a wide range of audiences including Directors and VPs.Assist in the development, implementation and operations of search marketing keyword strategy in the paid search channel.Participate in the tracking and reporting of search performance metrics.Contribute to the improvement of content and search processes and workflows for increased efficiency.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in search engine optimization.
Minimum Requirements3+ years of program or project management experience.3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL.Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience.3+ years of driving process improvements experience.Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
