The
General Manager
is responsible for ensuring the stability and overall success of the community in partnership with Bridge Senior Living. The General Manager has the ultimate authority over and management responsibility for all functional areas of the community.
Implement mission, vision, and goals of the organization to enhance our Family, Resident and Associate experience.Plan, direct, and evaluate Department Directors to uphold the highest standards and levels of care.Attract, interview, and hire individuals as well as develop and grow leaders.Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.Provide timely and accurate analyses, reports, and recommendations to Bridge Senior Living concerning the operation of the community.Lead weekly sales and move-in planning meetings to motivate teams and generate positive revenue.
