Role/Purpose:
Plans, organizes, manages, and executes all aspects of assigned service projects, including installations for complex systems and key accounts, service upgrade projects and escalated service issues involving engineering and R&D. Responsible for keeping the project on track and timeline on schedule. Promote and generate opportunities for available service offerings throughout the project cycles.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Interpret Sales and Service Quotes and Orders to understand scope of the installations and upgrades. Generate opportunities for aftermarket service offerings; parts kits, upgrades, extended care, agreements and training. Revenue target is 1M in the first year and will be assessed in future years. Ensure assigned projects are completed within scope, within budget, on-time and meets or exceeds customer's expectations. Manage project timelines and keep leader informed of project status at all times. Work with the Scheduling and Dispatch team to secure the appropriate FST for the project. Manage the project by keeping the customer, FST, project timeline/deadline in mind. Participate in internal pre-installation and pre-installation calls with customer and have appropriate documentation prepared for discussion. Work with theBack-Office team to ensure appropriate service orders are set up to include additional time or service products requested by customer or sold by PM during pre-install and FAT meetings (or throughout the project). Liase with integrators and OEMs involved in the project to align on requirements. If project gets off track, understand the reasons and gaps and make necessary adjustments keeping the value stream in the loop. Identify potential roadblocks in advance. Provide daily, weekly, monthly project status updates to the stakeholder involved in the project. Update all Customer Requests with corresponding status level for accurate reporting. As necessary, travel to customer facilities with Regional Managers, Engineers or Channel Partners to perform site surveys, deliver service presentations and understand customer expectations. Support onsite at installations with technicians and trials with applications. Responsible for discovering gaps in process or procedures. Work with the Field Service Supervisor to establish new and updated processes to avoid inefficiencies moving forward. Verify all close-out documents are complete and appropriate sign-off by customer (Installation acceptance, performance verification and radiation survey). Be the point of contact for 3rd party compliance companies as required by our customers. Other items as assigned What You Need to Succeed

High School Diploma required and four year of relevant experience. Bachelor's degree in related preferred Knowledge of project mgmt. processes, workflow, and terminology.
