Job Description: GT Title: Transition Manager - Intermediate New Title; The nature of the work is focused on the effective and efficient distribution of products and services to customers. Develop, execute and taking the lead in reporting on detailed demand, inventory, purchase and/or delivery plans for categories, customers, or product types. Analyze data and make recommendations in order to achieve profitability, customer coverage and inventory goals. Gather, analyze and compile data related to demand and inventory plans. Audit and ensure validity of data. Prepare data and graphs in a manner that effectively supports decision making. Develop and publish regular reports to update management.
The capability of tech for tech maturity and adoption of new processes to drive speed to delivery, efficiency, scale and how we partner with our domain program and product teams for portfolio, agile and project excellence, central BOE requests, and central tools and reporting, we have 90+ value drops listed by the GTMO teams they need to deliver this fiscal year to meet the goals and drive better efficiency and speed. In order to ensure the speed, efficiency and storytelling on whats in it for these domain teams, there is a need for cohesive and coordinated storytelling driving awareness and understanding of these new processes, standards, tools, and even PPM divestitures. These are short term needs for the GTMO team as we stand up and drive adoption of our central team capabilities. The roles will be training internal GTMO teams on how to further mature their capabilities in order to roll of at the end of the fiscal year.
This role will be supporting the same work as the Transition Manager 3 role.
