We are currently seeking a Real Estate Investment Analyst to evaluate and research real estate opportunities as part of the NAI Hiffman Capital Markets Team. The individual in this role will perform research, valuations, and appraisals of capital markets opportunities, and interface with teammates and clients to deliver financial insights and underwriting for industrial and office assets. The ideal candidate will have a degree in either finance or business, basic understanding of commercial real estate, be detail-oriented, and be proactive in assigned tasks and evaluating investment opportunities. The ideal candidate will eventually transition into a capital markets investment broker after two to three years in the analyst role. What your day looks like. Assess capital market investment opportunities using ARGUS modeling software. Previous experience preferred, but not required. Analyze previous investment decisions / sales as it relates to underwriting current opportunities. Produce financial models to determine valuations for capital markets opportunities using Excel, ARGUS, and DCF models. Compile financial data for quarterly capital markets reports. Assist in producing written opinions of value and offering memorandums. Monitor capital market trends and metrics. What sets you apart. Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business Commercial Real Estate experience preferred Excel Proficiency Required ARGUS experience encouraged Real Estate License or ability to complete license within 6 months of hire Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
