Acquisitions Analyst
We are hiring an Acquisitions Analyst to help grow our real estate investment portfolio. This role provides hands-on experience in underwriting, due diligence, and asset management for commercial properties. The Analyst will work closely with the Acquisitions and Asset Management teams to evaluate and underwrite new investments, including value-add, core acquisitions, and development projects. The salary range for this position is $77,000 to $82,000.
Responsibilities:
Analyze acquisition and development opportunities through cash flow modeling, valuations, and investment analysisConduct financial analysis and due diligence, including reviewing leases, statements, and legal documentsAssist with asset management tasks and credit/capital committee supportCollaborate with the disposition team on property management, legal, and accounting coordinationMaintain market reports and a database of property sales and lease comparisonsQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or business1-2 years of real estate analysis experience (including cash flow modeling and financial statement analysis)Strong experience with Argus and advanced Excel skills requiredProficiency in MS Office Suite and online applications
