JOB SUMMARY:
The Director of Enrollment Services at LCCC is responsible for leading and managing enrollment services, aligning operations with strategic goals, and overseeing enrollment systems, processes and personnel.
The position involves collaboration with various departments, budget tracking, customer service, and reporting on enrollment strategies and outcomes. The Director ensures all activities align with the College’s mission and goals. A typical work schedule for this position is Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm but occasional evenings & weekends may be required at certain times.

Provide effective leadership by overseeing enrollment strategies, guiding performance, developing recruitment and retention initiatives, and ensuring compliance with institutional policies .
Implement strategic processes to increase enrollment rates by strengthening relationships with prospective students and key stakeholders.
Support Guided Pathways by collaborating with stakeholders, monitoring student progress, providing holistic advising, and ensuring student goal and pathway alignment to enhance student success.
Facilitate comprehensive career exploration and successful transitions into fulfilling career paths by providing tailored career guidance, implementing exploration opportunities, and supporting the development of essential career skills.
Create a service-oriented culture by implementing systems, processes, and services that ensure quality customer service, accuracy, efficiency and timeliness of information while removing barriers.
Provide institutional leadership by setting strategic direction, collaborating with senior leadership, fostering cross-departmental initiatives, and ensuring alignment with college policies and goals.

PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS
To successfully perform the essential functions of this position, an employee must be able to maintain appropriate confidentiality with regard to employee and student data, documents, issues, etc., and respect privacy needs of employees and past employees with regard to the same.
The ability to comply with highly inflexible deadlines is required to successfully perform the essential functions of this position; there will be multiple occurrences of sudden, urgent task completion required.
While performing the essential duties of this position, an employee would frequently be required to move around the office space as well as within hallways, meeting rooms, and other parts of the campus facilities.
There may be multiple/daily instances of prolonged personal computer use which would include keyboard and/or mouse usage as well as viewing a computer monitor.
An employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds to perform essential position functions.
Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, ability to adjust focus.
The overall work environment requires the mental ability to shift focal points quickly due to interruptions; an employee must be able to mentally track multiple projects and tasking as well.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate; however, there may be unexpected instances of somewhat loud sounds.

QualificationsEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications:
Master’s Degree from a regionally accredited institution.
Five years of experience closely related to college enrollment management (i.e. recruitment, admissions, enrollment, etc.).
Three years of supervisory experience.
Valid Driver’s License and ability to be insured by the College’s insurance provider.
Experience working in a postsecondary institution.
Preferred Qualifications:
Two years of experience as a Director of Admissions or Enrollment Management.
Experience with Customer Relations Management (CRM) and student information systems software.
Experience with holistic advising.
Postsecondary leadership experience.
Postsecondary experience within a comprehensive community college.
More than five years of enrollment management experience.
Experienced in supervising subordinates.
