Soroc is looking to engage an End User Support Analyst to work on an onsite contract in Miami, FL. This will be a long term contract for 5 years.

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable End User Support Specialist to join our client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT User Support, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. This role involves providing support for a small office with laptop/phone support/printers, etc. All PC/windows environment

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for hardware and software issues,.
  • Perform desktop support tasks, ensuring all systems are functioning optimally.
  • Utilize Servicenow ticketing systems to track and manage support requests.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients, offering timely updates on the status of their issues.

Must Have skills/Experience:

  • Experience in providing end user technical support Level 1 to Level 1.5
  • 2 -3+ yrs experience in troubleshooting Laptops, PC's, printers in a Windows environment.
  • Experience using ticketing systems such as Servicenow preferred but not required.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively assist clients.
