  • Good customer service skills, ability to communicate effectively to help customers fix their issues and feel satisfied with the experience
  • Should have a solid understanding of Microsoft Stack and Azure Cloud
  • Experience with O365 and Windows-related Applications like SCCM
  • Ability to troubleshoot\ IT problems and offer solutions
  • Collaborate with the Windows and Network engineering team to achieve project goals
  • Maintaining documentation and records related to engineering projects
  • Positive Personality and Proactive and excited to learn new things and adopt change
