Human Resources Coordinator | $25-30 an hour | Top Companies in Los Angeles | Temp, Temp-Hire

Our clients in the Finance, Entertainment, and Creative industries in Los Angeles have multiple openings for HR Coordinators. The HR Coordinator will effectively manage HR administrative paperwork, oversee HR processes and updates, prepare business objective reports, and facilitate employee and consultant onboarding and offboarding.

Responsibilities

  • Provide full-scope HR support to business leaders including employee engagement and experience, organizational design, change management, employee communications, talent management and people development and employee relations support
  • Serve as first point of contact for onboarding new hires and conduct new hire orientations, handle onboarding and payroll paperwork, and input new hires in our systems

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree preferred
  • 2+ years of recent and relevant HR experience required
  • Basic knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in HR and Recruiting
  • Strong computer skills in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
