About the Role
The Applications Support Administrator will play a pivotal role in supporting, advancing, and enhancing the functionality of our suite of third-party applications, including Zoom Enterprise, Google Enterprise Suite, Mobile Device Management, PandaDoc, JotForm, Okta and others. This role is critical for ensuring seamless user experiences and driving departmental efficiencies through effective application management, proactive issue resolution, and process optimization. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, an eye for process improvement, and an ability to collaborate across teams to ensure our applications deliver high value to end-users and the business.
Responsibilities
- Support & Troubleshooting: As the primary support contact for end-users, providing timely troubleshooting, technical support, and resolution for issues across key applications.
- System Optimization: Proactively monitor applications to identify and implement solutions that improve functionality, minimize user disruption, and support seamless operations.
- Application Administration: Manage the administration, configuration, and maintenance of applications such as Zoom Enterprise, Google Suite, Mobile Device Management, PandaDoc, and JotForm.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to communicate system capabilities, solicit feedback, and implement upgrades that align with business needs.
- Process and workflow Improvement: Evaluate existing workflows and propose enhancements to improve efficiency and productivity, working closely with departments leads to customizing application solutions.
- Training & Documentation: Develop training materials, conduct end-user training sessions, and create comprehensive documentation to support practical application use and user self-sufficiency.
- Data-Driven Insights: Create dashboards, reports, and metrics to inform management of application performance, user engagement, and areas for improvement.
- Automation & Efficiency Projects: Design and implement automation processes that simplify application management, reduce operational time and ensure efficient deployment of configuration changes.
- System Integrity & Security: Collaborate with IT teams to ensure application environments maintain high standards of security, integrity, and compliance in alignment with corporate policies and data protection regulations.
Qualifications
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. At least 3-5 years in technical support or application administration role.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with enterprise applications, particularly in cloud-based and remote work environments, and experience managing various software systems (e.g., Google Workspace, Zoom and Okta).
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong troubleshooting abilities, able to analyze and resolve issues quickly, balancing user support needs with system performance and stability.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with end-users of varying technical levels and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Training & Development Experience: Experience developing and delivering training and user guides are preferred.
Additional Considerations
- Proficiency in scripting or basic programming for automation tasks is a plus.
- Familiarity with best security practices, particularly data protection and application access control.
- Experience in project-based application configuration, implementation, or migration projects is beneficial.
This is an on-site position in Aventura, FL, with working hours from Monday through Friday, 9 am to 6 pm. Only candidates residing in Miami, FL, will be considered for this role.
