Our enterprise client has an immediate consulting opportunity for an experienced End User Support Analyst to provide hands on and phone support to corporate end users in multiple locations across North America.

Candidate will work in office in office Everyday, five days a week. The analyst will work with Service Now to log tickets, handle Level 1 and Level 2 support calls in person and on the phone. Perform deployments and hardware troubleshooting. Temp to Perm in office five days a week.

Responsibilities

  • In Office Everyday
  • Answer user service desk phone calls
  • Address ServiceNow tickets for incidents and service requests from end users
  • Initial triage of ServiceNow tickets and experience establishing severity based on business/user impact
  • Work directly with users to resolve technical issues including, but not limited to:
  • Access issues
  • Hardware issues with laptops and desktops, connectivity issues
  • Issues with peripheral devices (i.e. monitors, keyboards, mouse, docking stations, headsets, printing, etc.)
  • Window OS 10/11 configuration and compatibility issue troubleshooting and resolution
  • Software configuration issues on users’ laptops/desktops
  • Understanding of client network configurations
  • Virtual device access and troubleshooting issues (Citrix and/or Azure Virtual Desktop)
