Role Overview
In this role, you’ll assist customers in identifying and quoting prices and availability for all required OEM parts across various represented brands. You’ll also handle quoting for part-numbered products. Working collaboratively with both employees and customers, you’ll provide order status updates as needed and maintain a professional approach in resolving questions or disputes. This position requires a commitment to a team-focused, customer-first environment.
Key Responsibilities
- In-person position.
- Provide OEM part and product quotations as requested by staff and customers.
- Support employees, wholesalers, and contractors with parts breakdowns, pricing, and availability.
- Use exploded parts views and both paper and online price books.
- Maintain a job quote log within the company's CRM software.
- Track order status and confirm delivery details.
- Become proficient in company software and product selection programs.
- Assist customers with technical inquiries and system issues.
- Participate in both internal and external training sessions, which may involve occasional travel and overnight stays.
