POSITION SUMMARY

Help Cardone Ventures grow and scale its core business management web platform by joining a collaborative, highly-skilled team working across domestic and international boundaries. As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will work on innovative role-playing software that complements our learning management system (LMS), enhancing user training through realistic, interactive simulations. You’ll also contribute to a broader suite of Business Collaboration and Productivity tools that serve hundreds of thousands of users, including project management and real-time communication. In this role, you’ll tackle complex technical challenges, drive impactful solutions, and benefit from growth opportunities in a company that actively invests in advancing its technology platform.

SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

  • Delivering robust, high-quality full-stack code for both front-end and back-end applications, contributing significantly to the redesign and enhancement of the platform’s core tools.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align product development with user requirements and business goals.
  • Leveraging cloud technologies and data-driven insights to optimize application performance and improve the user experience.

OBJECTIVES

  • Participate fully in developing, testing, deploying, and monitoring front-end and back-end software across the platform’s tools.
  • Contribute to discussions on product objectives, feature design, and architectural improvements.
  • Articulate the benefits and trade-offs of using specific frameworks, tools, and libraries across the stack.
  • Implement and optimize web service APIs, adhering to best practices for scalability and security.
  • Support the development of cross-platform mobile-friendly interfaces to improve end-user engagement (iOS, Android).
  • Utilize data analytics tools to gather user insights and continuously refine features based on data-driven feedback.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for codebases, enhancing knowledge transfer and onboarding for future developers.

COMPETENCIES

  • Demonstrates strong knowledge of HTTP API design patterns, including RESTful, GraphQL, and OpenAPI.
  • Proficiency with React, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript, with experience in OLTP databases and public cloud infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of back-end and front-end integration and the ability to design and interact with database schemas and API endpoints.
  • Proficient in breaking down complex problems into actionable software solutions across the full stack.
  • Open to learning new technologies and frameworks quickly and effectively to meet evolving project requirements.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s or Graduate degree in a STEM field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional software experience with a focus on both front-end and back-end development.
