Responsibilities
- Participate in field office visits to build and strengthen relationships with business leaders and decision-makers.
- Serve as primary lead on financial modeling, including revenue forecasting, bonus plan modeling and stress testing to support long term strategic planning.
- Assist in M&A integrations by serving as the primary contact, leading the communication and coordination efforts during transition.
- Interpret financial data to identify trends and variances. Provide regular financial analysis and reporting to senior management and key leadership.
- Work closely with department heads on annual budgeting to develop accurate and achievable budgets.
- Variance analysis to review actual performance against budget and forecasts & identifying areas of improvement.
- Collaborate with various departments to analyze financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Continuously assess and improve FPA processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy (monthly financial package and deliverables).
Qualifications & Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economic, or related field; MBA or CFA is a plus
- Experienced in financial planning and analysis
- Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders

Physical Requirements
- This position requires the physical capabilities to work in an office environment, which may include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. - This position is required to work onsite 4 days per week.
