What You’ll Do:

  • Innovative Design
    Create and optimize electrical designs for solar PV, performing AC/DC sizing and selecting hardware.

  • Lead Projects
    Manage electrical design for multiple utility-scale and C&I solar projects, ensuring they stay on time and within budget.

  • Collaborate
    Work alongside talented engineers from civil, structural, and mechanical teams to integrate seamless project designs.

  • Maintain Quality
    Conduct thorough electrical calculations and studies to ensure every design meets top industry standards.

  • Stay Ahead
    Keep up with the latest solar technologies, NEC/NESC standards, and best practices to bring innovation to every project.

  • Support Construction
    Provide crucial technical support during the construction phase, handling site surveys, contractor queries, and document reviews.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience
    3-5 years of electrical design in solar projects.

  • Tech-Savvy
    Mastery of PVsyst, Helioscope, AutoCAD, and electrical construction techniques.

  • Project Pro
    Hands-on experience with C&I and utility-scale solar projects, and deep knowledge of NEC/NESC standards.

  • Strong Communicator
    Excellent verbal and written skills to collaborate with clients, consultants, and teams.

  • Problem Solver
    Ability to manage project scope, timelines, and budget, while navigating complex challenges.

  • Team-Oriented
    Self-motivated, independent, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
