The Quickbase Engineer and Data Analyst will play a crucial role in developing, maintaining, and optimizing Quickbase applications while analyzing data and creating reports to support strategic initiatives. Working closely with our team, this individual will bridge technology with data-driven decision-making, providing essential reports and insights that directly contribute to operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and support our energy production goals. Key Responsibilities

Quickbase Development:

• Design, build, and maintain Quickbase applications that support energy production workflows and streamline data collection.
• Develop and implement data collection forms, dashboards, and automated workflows to support operational needs.
• Conduct performance tuning and troubleshoot application issues to optimize functionality for energy production processes.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Gather, clean, and analyze operational and production data from multiple sources, identifying trends, insights, and key performance metrics.
• Create data visualizations, dashboards, and custom reports for stakeholders, delivering insights that drive production efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across Quickbase and other databases, vital for decision-making within a small, results-oriented team.

Collaboration & Support:

• Partner with internal teams to understand requirements and translate them into efficient, scalable Quickbase applications tailored to our energy production needs.
• Work closely with leadership to support timely reporting, help interpret data insights, and ensure optimal use of Quickbase applications in operations.
• Provide end-user support and training on Quickbase applications and data analysis tools as needed.

Qualifications

• Creative problem-solver with a strategic approach to both data interpretation and Quickbase development.
• Strong experience in Quickbase application development, including database design, workflows, and reporting.
• Proficiency in SQL, with experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Solid understanding of data modeling and database management principles, with a preference for experience in small or growing companies where adaptability and resourcefulness are essential.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Excellent communicator, able to explain technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working closely with small, cross-functional teams to collaboratively design solutions and provide user training as needed.
