This role involves full oversight of financial functions, offering strategic direction to safeguard financial stability and ensure compliance. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement financial strategies that support overall company objectives.
• Lead the development of long-term budgets and cost management plans to achieve revenue goals.
• Oversee financial forecasting and budget preparation activities.
• Manage cash flow and working capital to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards.
• Establish effective internal controls and ensure adherence to GAAP and relevant financial and tax regulations.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to drive decision-making and identify investment opportunities.
• Lead a team of 10+ members, promoting a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Present financial insights and strategic recommendations to the board and stakeholders.
• Provide actionable guidance on company strategy and operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in financial leadership, with at least 5 years in a CFO or similar role.
• CPA designation preferred.
• Experience in transforming and automating financial systems for a growing organization.
• Familiarity with best-in-class vendor selection, system integration, and adoption processes.
• Strong understanding of GAAP.
• Demonstrated success in financial strategy, planning, and analysis.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and risk management principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels.
