TalentoHC is partnered with a company to identify a highly strategic and seasoned Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to guide its financial operations. This role involves full oversight of financial functions, offering strategic direction to safeguard financial stability and ensure compliance. The ideal candidate will bring a comprehensive background in financial planning, analysis, reporting, and risk management. This confidential search seeks an exceptional individual poised to drive financial strategy and support the organization’s growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement financial strategies that support overall company objectives.
- Lead the development of long-term budgets and cost management plans to achieve revenue goals.
- Oversee financial forecasting and budget preparation activities.
- Manage cash flow and working capital to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards.
- Establish effective internal controls and ensure adherence to GAAP and relevant financial and tax regulations.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to drive decision-making and identify investment opportunities.
- Lead a team of 10+ members, promoting a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Present financial insights and strategic recommendations to the board and stakeholders.
- Provide actionable guidance on company strategy and operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in financial leadership, with at least 5 years in a CFO or similar role.
- CPA designation preferred.
- Experience in transforming and automating financial systems for a growing organization.
- Familiarity with best-in-class vendor selection, system integration, and adoption processes.
- Strong understanding of GAAP.
- Demonstrated success in financial strategy, planning, and analysis.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and risk management principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels.
