One of our clients in Los Angeles, CA is looking for a Help Desk Support Technician

Title: Help Desk Support Technician

Location: Help Desk Support Technician

Duration: 6-12 months+

Hourly: $30 - $32 per hour (W2)

Scope:

Looking for Level 2 Engineer with Ticketing experience

The FE will complete the following work onsite:

  • Provide support L1/L2 and basic troubleshooting
  • Work will be an onsite work

Required Skills:

  • At least 4-5 years of Level 1/2 Support experience with Windows Operating systems
  • Hands-on experience with Ticket experience
  • Experience with Imaging, SCCM, Active Directory and 365 suites would be a huge plus
  • Experience in providing support to Desktop, Laptop, Hardware and Software
