Facility Construction Project Manager

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Facility Construction Project Manager to join our growing team.

Position Summary:

The Facility Construction Project Manager will oversee all aspects of construction projects, from planning to execution, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex construction projects and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and completion of facility construction projects.
• Collaborate with engineers, superintendents, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project goals are met.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Ensure all projects comply with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
• Oversee procurement of materials, labor, and subcontractors.
• Resolve any issues or delays that may impact project timelines or budgets.
• Communicate project progress to stakeholders through regular updates and reports.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure work quality and adherence to project specifications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is a plus
• 5+ years of experience managing construction projects, particularly in facility and/or pipeline construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Oracle Primavera P6, Procore, PowerBi, etc.).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
