Qualifications
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Biochemical Engineering.
- Languages
- Proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Experience
- Minimum of 10 years in a related field.
- Travel
- Must be willing to travel as required.
Knowledge & Skills
Technical Knowledge
- Machinery operation, automated control systems, and resource administration.
- Proficiency in basic software (Windows, Office Suite).
- Understanding of physical, mechanical, and chemical properties of materials.
- Familiarity with HACCP, Good Manufacturing Practices, Food Defense, Traceability, Process Control, and Sanitary Maintenance.
- Industrial safety, process costing, and manufacturing processes.

Job Responsibilities
- Resource Management
- Coordinate human resources and infrastructure to meet production schedules, quality, safety, and environmental standards.
- Productivity
- Achieve a minimum productivity level of 95% with support from other departments to minimize waste.
- Maintenance
- Implement 100% autonomous maintenance for all equipment to prevent process disruptions.
- Training and Development
- Foster employee development through continuous training, with support from Human Capital and Quality departments.
- Process Improvement
- Participate in process inspections and improvements as part of the continuous improvement system.
- Project Management
- Execute projects assigned by the company, with cross-departmental collaboration as needed.
- Policy Enforcement
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, regulations, and procedures.
- Deviation Reporting
- Report deviations and corrective actions to maintain product quality and safety.
- Critical Control Points
- Oversee monitoring of critical control points to guarantee product integrity.
- Material Safety
- Monitor raw material specifications to maintain product quality and safety.
- Quality Documentation
- Keep quality forms and documentation up to date to prevent product contamination.
- Non-Conformance Reporting
- Report non-conforming products and propose preventive measures.
- Procedure Development
- Lead the creation of work procedures, control plans, and instructions for continuous improvement.
