Quality Assurance Compliance Specialist

Akkodis is seeking a senior-level Quality Control Compliance Consultant with strong leadership abilities and a deep understanding of identity and access management (IAM) and user access review governance. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in process improvement, with a track record of suggesting and implementing enhancements to the current environment. This individual must be well-versed in audit processes, with preferred experience in internal audit and specialized knowledge in healthcare and foldscope reviews. The consultant will ensure that access reviews are conducted rigorously and efficiently, leveraging automation tools such as OKTA and Active Directory (AD) to streamline processes and maintain compliance.

Salary Range: 70hr to 75 hr

Quality Control Compliance Consultant job responsibilities include:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and oversight of user access review processes, ensuring that reviews are consistently performed across all stations.
  • Propose and execute process improvements to optimize access governance, enhance security, and streamline current practices.
  • Implement and refine automated workflows for user access reviews utilizing IAM tools, with a focus on OKTA and AD environments.
  • Monitor case access reviews and event logs, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Serve as a leader and mentor to the team, driving access control initiatives and ensuring adherence to industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, compliance, and security, to continuously improve governance frameworks.
  • Provide expert guidance on access management, driving audit readiness and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA.
  • Conduct comprehensive reviews of access control policies, providing actionable recommendations for process optimization.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for internal and external audits, ensuring thorough preparation and documentation.
  • Facilitate foldscope reviews and other industry-specific audits, ensuring all access control measures meet regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

  • Senior-level experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), user access review governance, and compliance.
  • Proven leadership abilities with the ability to drive process improvement and propose innovative solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with OKTA and Active Directory (AD), with a strong focus on automated access review processes.
  • Expertise in case access reviews and event monitoring within highly regulated environments.
  • Audit experience
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, and experience with foldscope reviews.
  • Ability to identify and address compliance gaps, ensuring that all access control measures are in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in compliance and monitoring activities.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor teams and present findings to senior leadership.
