Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team. The Estimator will analyze roofing projects and prepare accurate cost estimates. This role requires a keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine the scope of work

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment

• Negotiate prices with subcontractors and suppliers

• Collaborate with project management and roofing teams to ensure accurate estimates

• Monitor and control project costs throughout the roofing process

• Build relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing

• Review and interpret roofing contracts to ensure compliance

Skills

• Proficiency in Commercial and Multi-family estimating.

• Strong project management skills

• Knowledge of Roofing site operations and processes

• Familiarity with Roofing management principles

• Ability to negotiate effectively with subcontractors and suppliers

• Understanding of cost control methods in roofing projects

• Ability to build accurate estimates based on project requirements

• Knowledge of contract terms and conditions relevant to estimating

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
