Responsibilities:
As a Director of IT, you will manage a team of skilled system and network administrators while overseeing the infrastructure that supports both internal office operations and external-facing production environments. Your duties will include:
- Oversee the internal office infrastructure, ensuring network, hardware, and software tools are running efficiently and securely.
- Manage relationships with external vendors handling DevOps functions, cloud infrastructure, and security monitoring.
- Lead IT initiatives to continuously improve the internal systems architecture and ensure the adoption of best practices.
- Ensure the security, availability, and performance of internal networks and systems.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their technology needs and provide the necessary support and solutions.
- Monitor and assess the performance of infrastructure, recommending changes for improvements in efficiency, security, and cost-effectiveness.
- Drive IT compliance and governance processes, ensuring all systems meet regulatory and security requirements.
- Maintain a robust disaster recovery plan and ensure business continuity in the event of a system outage or failure.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all IT-related concerns and escalations.

Required Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field required.
- 8+ years of experience in IT management, with at least 3 years in a Director-level role.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing system and network administrators, internal office IT infrastructure, and external vendor relationships.
- Proven experience working with cloud-based infrastructure and DevOps best practices.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity standards, tools, and compliance measures.
- Excellent communication skills with a track record of collaborating effectively across departments and with external vendors.
- Solid understanding of office productivity tools, hardware management, and troubleshooting.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as A WS, Azure, or GCP is highly desirable.
- Ability to work on-site in Coral Springs, FL, at least 3 days per week.
Preferred Experience:
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or equivalent
- Experience working in Digital Marketing
- Configuring DevOps pipelines (GitHub actions, Bitbucket, etc)
- Google Cloud Platform (GCP) including GKE and BigQuery (or A WS equivalent)
