Swoon is seeking a talented bilingual Customer Service Supervisor to join a global manufacturing organization. In this role, you will be instrumental in the oversight of all customer service operations.

Location- Miami, FL

Compensation- $85K-$97K

What you will be doing:

  • Supervise the customer service department workflow to ensure customers are serviced in a satisfying manner and company goals are met.
  • Lead a team directly to offer support/mentorship
  • Intervene in and directly manage challenging customer situations through research, direct communication and any other means necessary to resolve outstanding issues.
  • Be a hands-on leader who is comfortable in helping out with other functions.

What you will bring:

  • 3 - 5 years’ experience in a supervisory role within customer service.
  • Associate's Degree. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Must possess advanced computer skills including excel and pivot tables.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
