You will be instrumental in supporting project budgeting, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and analyzing data to ensure project success. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of cost estimates for design and engineering projects, including material, labor, and time costs.
• Analyze project requirements and specifications to develop accurate and competitive estimates.
• Collaborate with senior estimators and project managers to review and refine cost estimates.
• Research and source information on material costs, subcontractor pricing, and industry trends.
• Participate in meetings with the project team to ensure alignment on project scope, costs, and timelines.
• Maintain organized records of past estimates, cost data, and other relevant documents.
• Update and adjust estimates based on project revisions, scope changes, and other factors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Previous experience in estimating or a similar role is advantageous but not required.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Proficiency in estimation software (such as ProEst, Bluebeam) and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
