Associate Attorney

Our New England-based law firm is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney with 3+ years of practice in family law, trusts and estates, probate, real estate, criminal defense, and/or general litigation. This role is fully remote, but candidates must be located in Boston or the surrounding areas to attend occasional in-person meetings and court appearances as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage a caseload in one or more of our core practice areas: family law, trusts and estates, probate, real estate, criminal law, and general litigation.
- Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare for court hearings, mediations, and client meetings.
- Represent clients in remote and occasional in-person court proceedings.
- Collaborate with our team of attorneys to strategize on cases and deliver top-quality client service.
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active license to practice in Massachusetts.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in at least one of the firm’s practice areas (family law, trusts and estates, probate, real estate, criminal law, or general litigation).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle cases independently and confidently.
- Strong time management skills and comfort working remotely, with occasional travel to in-person meetings or court appearances.
