Construction Paralegal

Our client is seeking a Paralegal to join their team. This is a full-time / permanent position with a direct client of Aprio Talent Solutions.

Overview:

Our client is seeking a skilled Paralegal with extensive experience in the general contracting industry. This role supports the legal team in handling contract review, compliance documentation, and risk management. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of construction law and be well-versed in industry-specific regulations and contract requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation, review, and organization of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research on construction law, regulatory compliance, and industry-specific issues.
• Support the legal team in managing risk by preparing documentation for compliance and regulatory reviews.
• Maintain organized records and assist with tracking all relevant legal documents and deadlines.
• Coordinate with external counsel and senior management on litigation support and dispute resolution as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal certification required.
• 10+ years of paralegal experience, with extensive experience in the general contracting or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction law, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
