Scrum Master - Infrastructure

MUST BE LOCAL TO THE DALLAS AREA AND AVAILABLE TO BE ONSITE FULL TIME.

Scrum Master experience leading Data Center or Infrastructure teams is required.

Seeking a highly organized Scrum Master with experience in release management projects.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of Scrum or Agile experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
• Must have strong in Scrum and Kanban experience.
• We are looking for individuals that embrace the Agile mindset and can lead in when necessary to drive Agility.

What You Will Be Doing

• Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Scrum or Agile and contribute to large-scale planning related to Scrum Master deliverables.
• Review and analyze moderately complex Scrum Master challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
• Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Scrum Master deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with client personnel.
