Commercial Litigation Attorney - AM LAW

I am currently working with a highly reputable AM LAW ranked firm, who are actively looking to recruit an Attorney who specializes in commercial litigation to join their Pittsburgh office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients with general commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts.
• Independently conducting research, drafting substantive pleadings and motions.
• Organize, conduct and manage the discovery practice, including e-discovery.
• Extensive client contact and engagement with litigation teams on complex cases.
• Assisting in all aspects of strategy, development, and preparation for hearings, agency tribunal proceedings, and participation in trials.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a leading accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar of Pennsylvania.
• 3+ years of commercial litigation experience.
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
