Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for an Office Assistant located in Tallahassee, FL. The Office Assistant will be responsible for phone etiquette, providing administrative assistance, operating office equipment, and utilizing clerical skills on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

  • Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Administrative Assistance skills
  • Office Equipment operation (multi-function printer/copier/fax)
  • Clerical Skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office

Experience:

A.A./A.S. Degree or equivalent

1-2 years minimum of Office experience

Previous Law office experience preferred
