The Position
We are seeking a strategic and proactive HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our HR team. The HRBP will collaborate with senior leadership to shape and execute HR policies and practices that align with the firm's strategic goals. This role involves offering thought leadership on organizational strategy, providing expert HR guidance, and supporting managers in performance management and employee development.

The Position
We are seeking a strategic and proactive HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our HR team. The HRBP will collaborate with senior leadership to shape and execute HR policies and practices that align with the firm's strategic goals. This role involves offering thought leadership on organizational strategy, providing expert HR guidance, and supporting managers in performance management and employee development.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of the business.
- Offer thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution.
- Provide timely information and/or education for all levels of the company on HR issues.
- Educate, coach, and partner with managers on performance management and employee development goals.
- Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organizational development.
- Educate team members on compensation practices, including compensation, performance feedback, performance calibration, and career transitions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus.
- 5-7 years of HR experience, with a focus on strategic HR partnership, performance management, change management, employee relations and organizational development.
- Proven experience working with senior leadership to drive HR strategy and initiatives.
- A deep knowledge of HR programs and practices, including applicable state and federal employment laws and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
- Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make strategic recommendations.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
