The role requires a blend of technical expertise and creativity to optimize production efficiency while ensuring accuracy in machining. The ideal candidate will analyze blueprints, CAD models, and engineering drawings to develop machining programs, considering factors such as tool selection, cutting paths, and machining sequences.Key Responsibilities:Develop and optimize CNC machining processes.Create, verify, and modify CNC programs (G-code/M-code) for various machines.Select appropriate tooling and create set-up documentation.Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and efficiency.Manage and maintain manufacturing data and documentation.
